Where is Riad Fatimid located?
The riad is located in the heart of Marrakech's medina, at 7 Derb Chemaa. Easily accessible by car or on foot, it sits in a quiet lane while remaining very close to the souks.
How many rooms does the riad have?
The house has five rooms and suites, keeping the atmosphere intimate and attentive throughout your stay.
Is the riad easy to reach in the medina?
Yes. A taxi can drop you a 3-minute walk from the riad entrance, and our receptionist will come and meet you.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Please contact us before arrival for late check-in or a special request.
Is breakfast available on site?
Yes, a traditional breakfast is included with every booking at the riad, with tea, coffee, bread, homemade Moroccan pancakes and natural drinks.
Can we have dinner at the riad?
Authentic Moroccan dinners can be prepared by reservation, with fresh ingredients and a homemade touch.
Can you help with a taxi or transfer?
Yes, we can help organise your arrival from the airport, train station or another point in Marrakech. The easiest option is to send us your arrival time.
