Riad Fatimid

## A house, a meeting, a soul

Riad Fatimid was born from the meeting between Amel & Antoine,
a Franco-Moroccan couple in love with Marrakech and its art of
living, and Mustapha, a child of the Medina and heir to his
parents’ family home, where he grew up.

Filled with memories, stories and life, this house still carried
the soul of those who had lived within it. Together, we wanted to
preserve that rare energy and restore all its beauty, imagining an
intimate, elegant and deeply Moroccan riad.

The restoration was carried out in the pure tradition of Moroccan
craftsmanship and know-how: by hand, with respect for ancient
gestures, noble materials and the patient rhythm of the artisans.

Today, Riad Fatimid is a five-room haven, designed as a peaceful
refuge in the heart of Marrakech. A house where family history
becomes hospitality, carried by a warm, attentive team devoted to
the Moroccan art of welcoming guests.

The riad is a 10-minute walk from the famous Jemaa El Fna square,
12 minutes from Bahia Palace and 5 minutes from the first souks.
By taxi, we are barely 10 minutes from Gueliz and Hivernage, the
lively, fashionable neighbourhoods for your evenings out.
