### Scope

These terms are issued by NOOR ART STUDIO SARL , operator
of Riad Fatimid, registered with the Marrakech Commercial
Register under No. 170193 and identified by ICE
003808976000055.

They apply to reservations made directly by email or
any other direct Riad Fatimid channel. If a booking
confirmation, special offer or booking platform states
different conditions, those specific conditions prevail for the
booking concerned.

### Reservations

A reservation is considered confirmed only after written
acceptance by Riad Fatimid and, where applicable, receipt of
the requested deposit, bank guarantee or payment information.

The guest agrees to provide accurate information: identity,
contact details, stay dates, number of guests and special
requests. Any specific request remains subject to availability
and must be confirmed in writing.

### Payments

Prices are communicated in the currency indicated at the time
of booking. Unless otherwise stated, taxes, additional
services, transfers, excursions, meals or optional services
may be charged separately.

Riad Fatimid may request a deposit or guarantee to confirm the
reservation. The balance is payable according to the terms set
out in the confirmation, no later than during the stay or on
departure.

Bank charges, exchange costs or commissions linked to the
chosen payment method remain payable by the guest unless
otherwise agreed in writing.

### Cancellation policy

The applicable cancellation terms are those stated in the
booking confirmation or selected offer. If no specific terms
are stated, the following rules apply to direct reservations:

- free cancellation up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date;

- cancellation between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the first night may be charged;

- cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, early departure or no-show: the first night or deposit paid may be retained;

- non-refundable offers, promotions or group bookings may follow specific rules stated at the time of booking.

Any refund is made by the method considered appropriate by
Riad Fatimid, less non-recoverable bank charges.

### Check-in and check-out

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, check-in is available from
2:00 p.m. and check-out must be completed before 11:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability
and may incur additional fees.

Guests may be asked to present valid identification and the
information required for administrative, safety or stay-related
formalities.

### Liability

Riad Fatimid undertakes to provide the confirmed services with
the reasonable care expected of an accommodation provider. It
cannot be held liable for indirect damage, loss of opportunity,
service interruptions caused by third parties or events beyond
its control.

The guest remains responsible for damage, deterioration, lost
keys, disturbance or costs caused by the guest, accompanying
persons or authorised visitors.

### Force majeure

Neither party may be held liable for failure caused by an
unforeseeable, unavoidable or external event making performance
impossible or significantly more difficult: natural disaster,
administrative decision, conflict, epidemic, major network
outage, strike, transport disruption or similar event.

In such a case, the parties will seek in good faith an
appropriate solution, such as postponement, credit or
cancellation depending on the circumstances.

### House rules

- Quiet, respect for staff, other guests and neighbours are required at all times.

- Smoking is prohibited in rooms and indoor areas not designated for that purpose.

- External visitors, private events, professional photo shoots or full privatisations must be authorised in advance.

- Pets are accepted only with prior written approval.

- Personal belongings remain the guest's responsibility, unless fault by the property is proven.

- Damage or serious breach of the rules may result in additional fees or termination of the stay without refund.

### Applicable law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, subject to any
mandatory provisions applicable to the guest. In the event of
a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first before
any referral to the competent courts.
